Travelling abroad

When going on holiday, it is important you take the same level of care as you would at home, if not more. You can prepare by downloading our useful travel sheets and carrying these with you at all times on your holiday.

Flying with Jext®? To avoid possible restrictions on your medication, both in flight and while crossing any borders, download this certificate, fill it in and ask your doctor to sign it before you go.

Are the family, or people, around you prepared if you have an anaphylactic reaction? This 1-page plan includes information on allergens, symptoms, and Jext® treatment instructions.

Ask a grown up to download the Action Plan in a preferred language, so that it can be easily communicated to people around you.
