USE YOUR JEXT® – or ask someone else to give it to you

2. Call 999 in the UK or 112 in Ireland

for an ambulance immediately stating ‘ANAPHYLAXIS’

How to use video

It’s important you learn how to use Jext^® because you must use it as soon as you have any signs of an anaphylactic reaction.

Administering Jext^® is easy, but it may not seem so easy during an anaphylactic reaction because you might feel a bit frightened. However, if you learn properly how to use Jext^®, this won’t be a problem and you will feel better about using your Jext^®.

By practising with a Jext^® Trainer whilst watching the demonstration video, you and your family and friends can feel confident in using a real Jext^® in an emergency.
