Act quickly if anaphylaxis starts

1. Use Jext^®

If you start to develop
symptoms of anaphylaxis

USE YOUR JEXT® – or ask someone else to give it to you

2. Call 999 in the UK or 112 in Ireland

for an ambulance immediately stating ‘ANAPHYLAXIS’

Don’t forget to register for your free expiry alert!

Like many foods, Jext^® should not be used after a certain date. This date is called the ‘expiry date’.

You can register your Jext^® with the free ALK Expiry Alert service to receive alerts warning when it is due to expire.

You will receive free text or email alerts saying that your Jext^® will soon be too old to use and that you need to get another one from your doctor.

There will be three ‘alert’ messages:

4 weeks before your Jext^® expires
2 weeks before your Jext^® expires
The day after your Jext^® expires
