2. Call 999 in the UK or 112 in Ireland

for an ambulance immediately stating ‘ANAPHYLAXIS’

Are the family, or people, around you prepared if you have an anaphylactic reaction? This 1-page plan includes information on allergens, symptoms, and Jext^® treatment instructions.

Ask a grown up to download the Action Plan in a preferred language, so that it can be easily communicated to people around you.
